Angela Snyder, Senior Vice President

Angela Snyder is Senior Vice President at Lesic & Camper, where she brings expertise in public affairs, healthcare policy, media relations, and statewide political strategy. She leads major initiatives for the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA), focusing on state and federal advocacy and engagement with Ohio’s Congressional and state legislative delegations around access to medications and senior health issues. Angela also works closely with healthcare professionals, associations, and patient advocacy groups to advance client priorities.

Angela currently manages account activities for the Microsoft Corporation, driving community engagement and outreach efforts across Ohio. Her work in the energy sector includes leading communications for the construction of the Rover Pipeline and supporting media relations for the Ohio Natural Energy Institute fka the Ohio Oil and Gas Energy Education Program.

She has played a strategic role in several high-profile statewide ballot campaigns, including:

Yes on 2: Build Strong Ohio Communities (2025) – successfully renewing the Ohio State Capital Improvement Program.

No on Issue 2: Ohioans Against the Deceptive Rx Ballot Issue (2017) – defeating a misleading prescription drug initiative.

Protect Your Vote Ohio (2012) – opposing a flawed redistricting constitutional amendment.

Before joining Lesic & Camper, Angela served as Operations Director for a specialized finance firm focused on government-backed lending through USDA and SBA programs. Her career spans roles in state government, higher education, and rural healthcare, including executive office positions under Governors Voinovich and Taft, Attorney General and State Auditor Betty D. Montgomery, and two presidents at The Ohio State University.

Angela holds a degree in Political Science from The Ohio State University and has led patient and community relations for a rural health system encompassing nursing homes, a cancer center, medical equipment sales, and physician practices.
