Associate Kelly Arledge provides strategic communications and marketing services - research, planning and execution - to local, regional, and national organizations. Writing, editing, media relations, issue advocacy and public affairs communications are core competencies.
Arledge has spent 40 years working as a corporate, agency and independent public relations and marketing communications practitioner. Her work spans both not-for-profit and for-profit worlds across many major industries, including retail, health care, financial services, insurance, technology, telecommunications and government. Current and past clients include Nationwide Children’s Hospital, Mount Carmel College of Nursing, National Council on Aging, DASI Simulations, Nationwide Insurance, OhioHealth and Project MedTech, among others. Her corporate experience includes tenures as Marketing Director at Cardinal Health, Investor Relations Manager for The Limited, Inc. and Director of Public Relations for the retail management consulting division of Price Waterhouse.
As a public relations agency professional, she contributed to and led account work for Anthem, Inc., Anthem Prescription, Sprint Telephone and other clients. Arledge earned a master’s degree in Strategic Public Relations from The George Washington University, completed coursework for a master’s in journalism at Ohio University, and completed her bachelor’s degree in journalism, with a concentration in public relations, at Bowling Green State University. Her work has earned awards from the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Central Ohio PRSA, International Association of Business Communicators, and the Healthcare Advertising Awards program.
